Remplacement d'un mecanisme de lève-vitre

Cet article va vous expliquer en quelques étapes la façon de procéder au remplacement d'un moteur de lève-vitre de porte avant.
Dans ce guide, il a été utilisé un mécanisme de la marque Valéo en provenance du magasin en ligne OSCARO. il s'adapte relativement bien en lieu et place de celui d'origine mais il y a une énorme différence de tarif en faveur du Valeo par rapport a celui de chez Renault.


Attention:

- Il y a une modif au niveau de la prise a effectuer.
- Par contre pour l'emboiter dans la vitre,c'est pas terrible,obliger de déserrer le rail de la porte,pour l'emboiter,du coup,quand tu resserres le tout,sa force un peu,et le guide au niveau de la vitre en haut sautait de son logement en position haute avec un claquement qui heurter nos petites oreilles!lol!
Donc découpe du guide pour eviter ce claquement!

Placer le moteur et son rail,dans la porte,fixer le moteur avec ses trois écrous,serrait a fond!

Ensuite fixer le rail et faite redescendre la vitre pour l'emboiter dans la glissière blanche (bas de la vitre,et remettre le clips pour la bloquer.(dessoler pas de photo)

Pour système d'origine renault vous ne rencontrerais pas de souci pendant le montage de fixation de la vitre,par contre avec le Valeo,il y avait un décalage entre la glissière et la vitre,3mim a peu prés!
Donc desserrer le rail pour lui donner du jeu,emboiter la glissière mettre le clips derrière,et ensuite resserrer le rail!

Voila après le montage,viens le branchement!
Avec un origine pas de changement,mais avec le Valeo la prise est différente!(voir photos plus haut)

Déjà on repère le sens pour le branchement des fils

Ensuite, on coupe la prise d'origine:

Et on fait le branchement avec des cosses,ou domino a vous de voir,sans oublier d'isoler les fils!
IMPORTANT ne laisser pas le contact pendant cette opération!

Voilà,mon p'tit frere a retrouver la joie d'ouvrir et de fermer sa vitre a volonté!lol!

Sinon on a eu un p'tit souci avec un guide en haut de la vitre cote montant de la porte,arriver a une certaine hauteur il sortait de son rail
En cause le décalage entre le trou de la vitre et la glissière
Donc solution Extrême ablation du guide supérieur,sans risque pour le bon fonctionnement du système(Photos a venir)!
