Réparation du système de verrouillage du coffre (coupé ph2)

I/ Démontage


- Retirer la garniture intérieur du coffre.

- Débrancher le connecteur ( 1 )

- Dévisser la torx ( 2 )

- Retirer le mécanisme en échappant la tringle par la lumière ( 3 )





En fait, plusieurs dents sont cassées sur l'engrenage en fin de course du verrouillage du coffre . Donc le moteur tourne dans le vide au verrouillage (voir photo).





L'engrenage s'arrête en position verrouillé grâce à la butée (voir photo).





II/ Réparation

Pour la réparation, il suffit de mettre une butée complémentaire afin que l'engrenage s'arrête sur des dents saines.

Pour ma part, j'ai posé une vis avec un écrou.








Du coup l'engrenage s'arrête sur des bonnes dents et n'a aucune influence néfaste sur la fermeture du coffre.





Remonter le tout et ça fonctionne parfaitement
