Réalisation d'un Vortex (DTI)
Voilà comment réaliser un vortex en quelques minutes pour son moteur, pour ma part il s?agit d?un 1.9 DTI sur phase 2 (98cv) donc il faut placer le vortex après l?intercooler c?est a dire au plus près de l?admission rappel : filtre a air => turbo => intercooler => admission


Liste des outils nécessaires :

- une clé de 7mm (pour desserré les colliers de durites)
- une clé de 10 pour enlever le cache moteur
- un bout de papier
- un bout de métal
- une meuleuse (pas obligé)
- une cisaille (pas obligé on peut réalisé a la scie à métaux)



Le démontage:


Donc on commence par enlever le cache moteur ce qui donne sa :

Ensuite on repère le tuyau qui vient de l?intercooler et qui va au moteur et on le déboîte comme ceux-ci :

Ensuite je l?ai retiré complètement pour travailler tranquille:

Maintenant on peu mesuré la taille de notre vortex a réalisé grace a une feuille de papier:

maintenant on a les cotes de notre vortex on trace et on découpe comme ceux-ci :

Ensuite il ne nous reste plus qu?a le loger dans le tuyau et au passage j?ai réalisé une petite encoche pour pas que ce dernier puisse allé plus loin ou se déplace ce qui métonnerais car il est rentré en force enfin on est jamais trop prudent :
