Vidange de la boite de vitesses (divers modèles)

Renault ne préconise pas la vidange de boite mais ca ne lui feras que du bien a votre boite JC ou JB une bonne vidange avec de la bonne huile (renault elf NFJ )
Cet article va vous expliqué en quelques etapes comment effectuer la vidange de votre boite de vitesses.


A savoir que renault ne préconise pas de vidange sur les boites JB et JC qui equipe nos megane mais seulement un contôle et remise a niveau tout les 60.000km. Mais une vidange ne pourra que lui faire du bien.

il est bon de noté egalement que les boites JB et JC qui sont equipées de syncros en laiton doivent contenir une huile de bonne qualité et repondant a certains standarts que seul presque les huile de marque ELF NFJ 75W80 sont capable de satisfaire



Matériel nécessaire:

- un Cric et 2 chandelles
- une clef dynamometrique (pour le sérrage des roues)
- Une croix ou quelque chose pour démonter la jante
- une clef de 10
- une clef a bouchon de vidange ( carré)

une pompe a graisse ou grosse seringue pour le remplissage mais un entoinoir et un tuyau de petit diamètre peuvent faire l'affaire mais ca prendras plus de temps.

La vidange:

il faut lever le vehicule pour ensuite venir devisser les 4 vis qui maintienent le carter moteur plastique a l'aide de la clef de 10.

sur la photo la vidange est réalisé a l'aide d'un pont, ca aide beaucoup :-)





il faut ensuite retirer le bouchon de remplissage a lamain ou a l'aide d'une pince multiprise, c'est un bonchon blanc en plastique qui se trouve sur le devant de la boite en position verticale ( visible sur une photo plus bas)


une fois le bouchon de remplissage retirer, il faut se munir d'un recipient de récupération pour l'huile usagé et venir devisser le bouchon de vidange comme sur la photo.

!! ATTENTION, l'huile de boite ca senttres mauvais !!

une fois que l'huile commence a couler il faut redescendre la voiture pour la remetre de niveau et facilité l'ecoulement total de l'huile dans votre boite de vitesses.

une fois que la boite est vide, il faut remonter le vehicule pour un meileur acces et venir remonter le bouchon de boite avec un joint identique mais neuf si possible.


profitez en pour remonter le carter moteur plastique.


il vous faut remetre la megane sur un sol plat et remplir la boite d'environ 4.5L d'huile par l'orifice sur le devant ( bouchon blanc) jusqu'a que cela deborde.
