Changement de la sonde de température extereiur (divers modèles)

Si votre afficheur de température Ext, commence a vous donner une mauvaise info, il y a de fortes chances pour que la sonde située dans le retro droit soit HS.
Si votre afficheur de température d'air extéreiur vient a afficher 34° en novembre, vous pouvez être certain que la sonde situé dans le retroviseur côté passagé est a changer et cet article va vous aider a réaliser cette opération vous même.


Matériel nécessaire:

- 1 tournevis plat
- 1 pince coupante
- 1 fer à souder + étain
- 2 manchons thermo-retractables + briquet
- 1 sonde de température (ref: 77 00 773 858)

Salut à tous, alors voilà, nous sommes le 12 novembre et il fait 34°C dehors !

Oui je suis bien en France, là y’a quelque chose qui cloche ! La sonde à un coup dans le casque, que faire pour y remédier ?

Tout d’abord se procurer une sonde neuve (environ 40 € TTC chez Renault) ou une d’occasion, pour ma part, j’ai choisi l’occasion, bien moins onéreux (merci Chanzard).

Pour commencer, il faut démonter le rétro pour accéder à la sonde, attention cette manip est délicate, il faut faire attention de ne pas trop forcé pour ne pas casser le miroir.

Faites levier comme ceci avec un tournevis, allez-y doucement, il devrait se déclipser.

Voilà une fois la glace enlevée.

On s’intéresse maintenant aux petites pattes qui tiennent la coque

On appuie dessus avec un tournevis pour faire sortir la coque

Rabattre le rétro pour retirer la coque

On peut maintenant sortir la sonde de son emplacement

Couper les fils de la sonde à égal distance des fils de votre nouvelle sonde.

Enfiler les manchons thermo rétractable et faites 2 belles soudures (la qualité des soudures est importante, en effet, ces sondes sont des thermistances, ce qui veux dire que leur résistance varie en fonction de la température. Le calculateur va aller lire la valeur de la résistance pour en déduire la température. Si vos soudures sont mal faite, la valeur de la résistance est faussée…)

On remonte tout (inverse du démontage ), et on vérifie la température.
