Ici vous trouverez des pièces sur mesure inox en découpe laser pour nos mégane!!

pour toute commande merci de me contacter par mp.

kit suppression egr pour f7r 710 et 714:

-obturateur en inox 3 mm
- leurre plug and play!

le montage se fait en lieu et place de la vanne en conservant le joint et la visserie d'origine.

afin d'éviter l'erreur du calculateur il faut connecter le leurre qui est bien sur fournit avec le kit

coté collecteur d'échappement, il vous faut un bouchon de vidange en 22x150 (moins de 5 € en centre auto)

et enfin pour les durites, l'idéal est un bouchon d'injecteur diesel, en casse ou sur certain site pour quelque centimes...

Salut,

J'ai vu en cherchant sur Dialo la semaine dernière que le joint d'échappement entre collecteur et descente n'a plus de tarif, et donc qu'il ne se fait plus chez Renault !

Vous auriez moyen d'en reproduire ?

J'ai peut-être encore l'ancien dans la cave, je regarderais ce soir.

Autrement petite question, Est-ce que vous avez possibilité de proposé la descente du collecteur, avec la tresse plus bride?
Ou bride a rajouter éventuellement par la suite.

Désolé du retard j'avais oublié que j'avais posé une question

A la base sur la mienne la descente a été adapté pour contourner l'OS, et se positionner sur ligne d'origine (qui est un peu en biais au niveau du cata.

Là j'ai viré viré l'OS et mis un de R19. J'avais fait faire la ligne orbisoud droite comme la cup.
De mémoire un peu comme toi ou david33 il me semble

Donc je voulais savoir si vous pouviez faire la descente comme le cup avec ajout d'une tresse, laissé un peu de rab sur le tube qui serait a couper pour arriver pile poil sur la ligne.
Fournir la bride, a souder une fois bien adapté sur la ligne

Je sais pas si c'est bien clair, faudrait que je fasse des photos ou des schémas.

Avec bride et tresse pour que ca tombe niquel comme d'origine ?

Moi je suis aussi dans l'impasse avec mon collecteur cup.
Moi c'est le vrai cup non modifié donc tube droit sans tresse ni bride.

J'ai tout pour remplacer l'OS par un de megane 1.6e.

Mais je ne sais pas encore vers quelle solution me tourner...

Je n'ai ni pont, ni rien pour souder du sur-mesure sur place.

J'ai encore la descente qui contourne. Elle est en place pour aller sur la ligne d'origine (CT oblige)
Normalement je la garde.
par contre il y a pas de tresse. Elle avait pas été faite par orbisoud mais par Nusmi.
Je peux te la prêter d'ici quelques semaines s'il faut.

Tu pourrais tester si elle va, et faire ton gabarit avec sur l'établi tranquillement :)
